LeadForce360 provides lead generation, commercial marketing, recruiting services, and client relationship management solutions for insurance and financial service professionals. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Commercial360: Customized marketing and lead generation for commercial insurance providers.
ServiceForce360: Outsourced customer service for insurance agencies.
Virtual Recruiter: Candidate sourcing, appointment scheduling, and recruiting assistance.
The specific services you access are subject to any additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase or registration.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Service.

Refund Policy

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
LeadForce360 aims to maintain at least 99.5% uptime for its Services. In the event of unexpected downtime exceeding 0.5% monthly, affected users may be eligible for service credits. For SLA claims, please contact support within 30 days of the incident.
Leadforce360 Communication Policy
Leadforce360 may send updates and promotional notifications via SMS or email to keep you informed about your insurance policies, updates, and promotions. Message frequency may vary, and standard messaging rates may apply. Please note that SMS and email notifications are supplemental communication methods and not the sole channels used by Leadforce360.

Program Description
Upon opting in, you can expect notifications about your insurance policies, updates, and promotions. This may include information about policy renewals, payment reminders, claims updates, and special offers.
Canceling SMS Service
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to the shortcode. Upon sending 'STOP,' we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
